 YMCA Europe in collaboration with YMCA Czech Republik need 2 EVS volunteers for long term!

*Period of the service:* September 2012 – August 2013
*Age:* 18 – 30

 Candidate profile:
Accommodation, travel expenses, food, insurance and pocket money will be
covered. We require fluent English speakers. Expected qualities are
independence, ability to work on own initiative, punctuality, reliability
and willingness to learn new things and to help. The volunteers will mainly
work on the office tasks and issues related to the festival preparation and
delivery.

Main activities:
*These include:* preparation of working documents, reservations,
communication with participants, supporting the programme planning process,
developing PR materials, communication with festival volunteers,
registration for the festival.

 More Info's:
The biggest part of the volunteers’ involement in the festival preparation
will be communication with festival performers, Line-Managers and National
Coordinators, completing the programme schedule and the timetabling of
festival stages. This will include collating the technical requirements of
performers and arranging additional requirements such as accommodation and
transport. Volunteers will work in close cooperation with the Festival
Manager and the Creative Director. Volunteers will be also included in the
activities of YMCA in the Czech Republic and will be expected to help with
preparations for Czech YMCA regular events.
