Personal development training through outdoor activities and voluntary work.

The project addresses the need of youth organizations to have a space for organising permanent activities within the community they engaged to serve.
What we plan is a study visit at a Youth Centre that functions and is administrated in a sustainable way in the benefit of the youth and the local community.

YMCA Romania starts the new process of Y Induction Trainings dedicated to the volunteers and leaders of the member organizations. First session is going to be 18 june 2010 in Bucharest, 19-20 Constanta and 26 june Oradea. 

The objective is to create new tools among YMCAs in Romania, to familiarize all the volunteers with the therminology used, with new tendinces in European YMCA and with the Balkan Project runned by YMCA Europe. The participation of the volunteers is free of charge, all the costs are going to be supported by YMCA Romania.
