YMCA Dobrogea made his first activities on 2010. On 7-th – 9-th may

YMCA Dobrogea was the host for aikido seminar in colaboration with YMCA Uppsala (travel,food and accomodation was suported by YMCA Dobrogea). This event was tell in the newspapers and radio stations and the name of the YMCA Dobrogea was mentioned as main organizer.

In this weekend we will have the first general meeting with the bord of Ymca Dobrogea and the volunteers  and we’ll meet every sundays from now. This meeting is necesary becouse our activities are growing up – now we have origami, haiku, nihongo, go, chado, toghetre with aikido and archery (after Robert left the archery section and after i made some changes archery club was growing up fron 15 persons to 30 persons).

Also at the end of the may  YMCA Dobrogea will be one of the organizer of the National Aikido Seminar and Eforie Archery Cup.

Next activities will be:

1. Aikido Magazine – a newspaper for all aikidoka
2. Summer Aikido Camp (in july we will go for one week with 40 kids in a camp in the mountains and we will have a lot of activities not only aikido).
3. Also we will beginn to work at our website (romanian and english version)

A very good thing is Federation and YMCA Europe staff will be in june in Constanta to meet YMCA Dobrogea members and to help them for growing up. The swedish model of YMCA for Constanta will be a very good way to follow.

 All this activities will be supported by Aikido Constanta and YMCA Dobrogea (money and infrastructure).
